You have to keep the acknowledgement slip carefully which is generated when you have applied for aadhar card for the first time. You have to refer that acknowledgement number or enrollment number to file a complaint or seeking for any help related to Aadhaar card.
Steps To File A Complaint Online Using UIDAI Website
UIDAI has provided an online complaint form by filling which you can easily raise your grievance online. Here are the step by step guide to follow.
Step 1: First of all Click Here to open the File a Complaint online page of UIDAI resident portal. You will find a page like below.
Step 2: Resident can file complaints related to: Operator & Enrolment Agencies (Enrolment ID is optional) and Aadhaar not Generated ( Enrolment ID is mandatory). For anything other than that you have to use the contacts mentioned above.
Step 3: Fill up the personal information and the enrollment number with all other details. This form is mainly for raising a complaint against enrollment agency / operators. You have to choose a valid reason in the form. You can also elaborate the reason in the remarks column.
Step 4: Finally provide the security code or the captcha code and then click on submit button. You will get necessary information related this complaint in your mailbox with proper tracking information. Later on you can also track aadhaar card complaint status online.
